Mid-Sized international firm with small but developing Dubai office seeks to appoint first project finance partner. Projects work is already handled in other local emerging markets and expertise now needed for Dubai office. Matters already handled include work in petroleum and power sectors, with contracts including power purchase agreements, supply agreements, procurement and construction and financing. Candidates likely to be on the ground in the region or doing ME work from London and seeking head of practice status. The office is small with big potential.
