They assist businesses in developing efficient and effective contractual infrastructures for new and existing products and services. Their highly commercial lawyers negotiate a wide spectrum of contracts ranging from the routine to the highly complex/bespoke across virtually every major industry group - from start-ups to some of the world's largest corporations. With 25 partners worldwide, the firm’s management has identified the growth of the London based team as essential to their global offering. With the focus far more on outsourcing arrangements that IT (although the candidates with a split offering will be considered) it if felt that applicants will have a reputation gained with one of the leading firms in this sector.
