A long-established firm in London is seeking an additional transactional property lawyer to focus on agricultural/rural property. Although you will also be involved in commercial real estate work, the majority of matters will involve sales and acquisitions and leasehold work in rural areas and for clients owning large estates. You will also get fully involved in acting on all property aspects for these estates such as general property disputes and title and restrictive covenant issues.

Applicants for this role should have at least 2 years' PQE gained with a recognised London property or estates team and have solid experience in agricultural/rural real estate transactions. Excellent academics will be a strong advantage.
